On this day I got feedback on my 4,000 word critical reflection draft from primary supervisor Karl Ellison. He advised me to add and change some areas on my influence section and on my audience section. This week I will write the section which considers a critique of the finished project, an evaluation and a conclusion.

Critical Reflection 1st Draft

During this week I wrote a 2,000 word rough draft of my critical reflection.I emailed the draft to my primary supervisor to have a look at it and to advise me what I need to change or add bits to it.Then as soon as I emailed the draft I carried on writing another section on it.

Rough Cut Feedback and Submission

From the 4th-9th March I edited my documentary to its final cut version.During these dates I got feedback from my primary supervisor and I took on his advice and comments to edit my final cut well.I also showed my final cut version to some of my course mates for feedback. I burned my final cut on to several DVDs on the 9th March and then I handed in my documentary successfully on the 12th March.

Interview and Filming

On the 4th February I met up with Chris Morris in Tooting Bec in London. I filmed him busking in a tunnel underpass and then I interviewed him in the same place. We are meeting up again on the 18th and 19th February so I can film him busking in areas of Tooting where he grew up. We will also go to Albert Bridge and Thamesmead South so I can film him busking on the streets more.

Beginning to Edit Documentary and Critical Reflection

This week I began to edit the December 2011 footage I shot of Chris Morris busking in the London Underground, shots of London and at a gig in Brixton - The Windmill with his band Blacktie- Whitenoise. I also considered outlining my critical reflection by adding a tab to my website.

Filming Schedule To Complete Documentary

I arranged with Chris Morris this week that we will meet up on the 4th and 5th February in London to complete the documentary. Over this weekend I will interview Chris Morris and I will film him busking on the streets in areas such as Wandsworth, Thamesmead, Hackney, South Bank etc. I will either interview him on the streets or at his house. We decided to complete the documentary this weekend so I will have a month to edit it before the deadline.

Starting the Documentary

Between the 9th and 11th December 2011 I met up with Chris Morris. I filmed him busking in Waterloo Tube Station on a busking pitch. Whilst he was playing a variety of blues and rock records and some of his own a few members of the public commented on his busking postively and some requested him to play particular songs which he was delighted to do.
